How valet meet and greet parking works

On departure

• When you book we will send you a map and precise locations of drop off and pick up points on the airport terminal
• Call the valet parking team when approximately 15 minutes away from the airport so as to refine your exact arrival time
• A uniformed, security checked, member of Ecos' parking team will meet and greet you at the at the airport terminal
• A damage check will be made of your car and we will recheck your return details
• You proceed directly into the airport terminal and we take good care of your car in our secure compound just outside the airport

On Return

• We will send you a text message as you land with return instructions
• Proceed through passport control and collect all your baggage and then call us
• We will know your plane has landed and be ready to return your car to the terminal at your request
• Reload your luggage and be on your way home in record time

Where to meet Eco valet parking

All our drop off and pick up points are directly on the airport at the appropriate terminal.

Don't worry that we can't list the precise details for all terminals here, but please be assured we will get you as close as is possible for anyone to drive to, then we'll make sure we are on time, polite and friendly.

We want to help to ensure that all our customers get the best possible start to their travel and we know that the little things can mean so much.
